2. Visit the Hushed Honeybee InnYou can ask the informant at the Hushed Honeybee Inn in the Grand Trad about the Potion of Blight, but it’ll cost you 600 reeve. To save this money, you can purchase the key ingredient elsewhere.

3. Purchase Parchwater at Sunshade Row Comfort ConcoctionsInstead of paying the hefty fee, head to Sunshade Row Comfort Concoctions in the Grand Trad. This shop will sell you Parchwater, a critical ingredient for the Potion of Blight, for 500 reeve.
