Major Characters of Veilguard - Dragon Age

Rook – The protagonist of Veilguard, Rook is the leader of the Veilguard and the driving force behind the efforts to stop Solas and prevent the chaos that would ensue from tearing down the Veil. As the leader of this group, Rook must make difficult decisions and navigate complex alliances.

Elgar'nan – One of the Evanuris, the ancient elven gods, Elgar'nan is their leader and one of the main antagonists of the game. He is known for commanding The Blight and has a dark, vengeful agenda in Veilguard.

Ghilan'nain – Another of the Evanuris, Ghilan'nain shares a similar role to Elgar'nan in commanding The Blight. As one of the primary antagonists, she seeks to bring destruction and chaos, challenging the protagonist and the Veilguard at every turn.

Solas – A former companion of the Inquisitor in Dragon Age: Inquisition, Solas is one of the Evanuris, the leader of the Agents of Fen'Harel, and the main antagonist of Veilguard. His actions and goals threaten the very fabric of Thedas, and his mysterious motivations play a central role in the plot.

Varric Tethras – A close associate of Hawke and the Inquisitor, Varric is a beloved character from Dragon Age lore. In Veilguard, he serves as a mentor to Rook and a key member of the Inquisition. As the Viscount of Kirkwall, his wit and wisdom guide the protagonist through the challenges of the world.
